Fairey Fulmar was distinct WW2 Royal Navy two-seater fighter. The two seater version carried only fixed armament, the observer-navigator was had no offensive armament. The biggest handicap when fighting the enemy was its weight and size. Even though, Fulmar became in 1940 the most successful fighter of Royal Navy. Fulmars fought over Atlantic Ocean as so over the Mediterranean Sea and Indian Ocean against all three axis pact aircraft.
